Online Support is one of the features that users love Bïrch for! If you have any questions about the tool or face any difficulties using the features, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are always happy to help! 🙌🏼

Scope of support

Our team helps with the questions related to integrations with platforms and third-party services. We can also assist with billing and pricing, team management, and account settings. We can help troubleshoot the issues with rules, reports, bulk creation, and other features as well.

As technical support specialists, we generally help with technical difficulties. Please note that the support team does not create rules, ad strategies, reports from scratch in the accounts of the users. However, if you have an idea for a rule or anything you would like to implement using Bïrch - please let us know! We are happy to provide you with detailed guidance, screenshots, and screen recordings so that you could easily set this up in your account. The team can also assist with the account setup and check the rules that our users have created, as well as provide details on how particular settings work.

Working hours

The team working hours are from Monday to Friday 6 AM - 3 AM (GMT +3). We are typically off during weekends, but feel free to leave your request in the chat – we will be glad to help as soon as the new week begins!

Please note that there might be changes to the working hours during the major international holidays like New Year's and Christmas.

Language

The working language of the entire Bïrch interface, is English. Our team tries to accommodate all the requests from users, so no need to worry about being misunderstood if English is not your first language. Feel free to reach out to us in any case, we will try to figure this out together, even if this requires online translation.

In case you feel like the English interface is overwhelming, and having it in your native language would make things easier, you might want to check out the following instructions on how to set up auto-translation into your browser: Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox.
