Yes, in the scope section select a filter “Ad name doesn’t contain” and type in the name tag/text.
Please be sure to have it written the same way as you have it in your ads including upper/lower case/spaces, otherwise the filter won’t be able to detect those items.
Besides that, it is important to note that filters do not support emojis, so please use text instead.
