I don't see my Facebook page or Instagram account on the Integrations page. What do I do?

When you connect your Facebook profile to Bïrch, you typically choose whether to grant access to Bïrch to all current and future assets, or to the specific ones only:

Please note that if you grant access only to specific assets, if you need to use other assets in Bïrch in the future, you will have to grant access manually within Meta's business integrations each time:

  1. Please check if you have manually selected permissions and pages in Business Integrations on Meta. In your FB profile, go to Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Business Integrations or use this link:

2. If you click on View and edit, as in the screenshot above, there will appear a list of pages with checkboxes next to them. The checkbox next to the missing pages needs to be ticked:

💡Pro-tip: If you regularly create or get access to new ad accounts, pages and IG accounts, and need to use them in Bïrch, we recommend choosing the option - grant access to Bïrch to all current and future assets when connecting your profile to Bïrch.

If you have chosen to grant access only specific assets when initially setting up the integration and want to reset to all current and future assets to be able to use all pages and accounts in Bïrch without extra connection steps, you can remove Bïrch from business tools, and reconnect the profile on the Integrations page. ❗️Please do not unlink the profile directly on the Integrations page to avoid the rules turning into drafts.
