You can connect up to 15 Meta business accounts or personal profiles to Bïrch. A person who connects the business account needs to have full admin rights to the business and its assets (ad accounts, pages). In case of a personal profile, all ad accounts/pages this profile has admin rights to will appear after connecting it. There is the "Connect profile" button in the Profiles window:
Likewise, the business account/profile can be unlinked from Bïrch if that is needed:
IMPORTANT: If some of the ad accounts are connected to Bïrch via the business/profile that you would like to unlink, please make sure you re-select another business/profile for these ad accounts before removing the old one to prevent the rules and reports from turning into drafts.
The dropdown list next to the ad account will show all the businesses/profiles that have admin rights to the given ad account, just select the one you would like to be use as a connection point:
If you have hundreds (or thousands) of ad accounts, you may not see the full list under Meta Ad accounts. In this case, please use the search function and enter the name of the ad account to find and connect it:
