This error appears when connection to the Facebook profile/s is lost.
On Integrations page please open Profiles section at the top of the page. There should be a “Reconnect” button next to the profile, click it to refresh the connection. If the button isn’t there, use the following steps:
1. Log into the relevant Facebook profile
2. Follow the link(s):
- for Facebook ad accounts
- for Facebook pages
- for Instagram pages
