It says “Access lost” next to my ad accounts, what should I do?

On Integrations page please open Profiles section at the top of the page. There should be a “Reconnect” button next to the profile, click it to refresh the connection. If the button isn’t there, use the following steps:

1. Log into the relevant Facebook profile

2. Follow the link(s):

These steps should help to resolve the error. If the error persists after completing all the steps above, please reach out to our team via chat or at support@bir.ch
