In case you do not need to use App tracking for this ad, please try unchecking the “App events” box for the ads with an error in the Ads manager from the Ads tab -> Edit -> Tracking:

Once you uncheck the “App events” box for one of the ads with error, it should get duplicated by the rule during the next check.
