Birch Referral Program

Share Birch with your audience and earn 15% on every customer you refer.

If you recommend Birch to clients, peers or your audience, you can get paid for it. Join our referral programme, share your personal link, and earn 15% of what each customer you refer pays in their first 12 months.

How does the programme work?

The programme runs on PartnerStack. PartnerStack creates your personal link, ensures reliable attribution and smooth tracking.

  • You earn 15% commission on what a referred customer pays.

  • You earn it for 12 months, starting from the beginning of their subscription.

  • 90 days attribution: we understand it takes time to make a decision. When someone clicks your referral link, if that person signs up for Birch within 90 days, the referral is credited to you.

  • Your audience can get a discount, too. We can offer 10% off their monthly fee for their first 3 months. Reach out to have this activated.

  • The average payout has been $1,210 per referral.

Who can join?

The programme is a good fit if you:

  • Run ad accounts for clients as an agency or freelancer.

  • Create content for performance marketers, such as newsletters, YouTube videos, courses or LinkedIn posts.

  • Already use Birch and talk about how you work.

You don't have to be an active Birch client to join the programme.

How do I join?

  1. Apply on PartnerStack. Go to Birch on PartnerStack and click Apply to program.

  2. Get your link. Once you’re approved, your personal referral link is in your PartnerStack dashboard.

  3. Start sharing. That’s it. Your clicks, sign-ups and earnings appear in the same dashboard.

By joining, you agree to the Birch Affiliate Program Agreement.

Where can I share my link?

There are several formats that have been working for Birch partners:

  • Your newsletter, blog or LinkedIn posts

  • YouTube video descriptions

  • Ad-hoc recommendations to your clients or peers

  • Birch tips and strategies you share.

Besides, we can create content together. Birch works with industry experts to produce webinars, podcasts, events, and more. Learn more here: Birch Experts.

When and how do I get paid?

We calculate your commission at the end of each month. We verify it and pay it out the following month. For example, commission you earn in February is available on 16 March. You get paid via PayPal or Stripe. Other options are available in regions where PayPal isn’t.

A commission may be reversed if the payment behind it is cancelled, refunded, disputed, tracked twice or linked to fraud.

What are the promotion rules?

We want our partners to promote Birch honestly. Please follow these rules:

  • No brand bidding. Don’t bid on “Birch”, “Revealbot” or similar terms in paid search. Don’t run paid search ads that send people to Birch through your link.

  • No coupon or deal sites. Don’t post your link on coupon, cashback, rewards or loyalty sites.

  • No look-alikes. Don’t use “Birch” in your domain or social handles, and don’t build sites that look like ours.

  • No misleading links. That includes cookie stuffing, adware and spyware.

  • Email by the rules. Follow the CAN-SPAM Act, and don’t suggest that you speak for Birch.

  • Follow our brand guidelines when you use Birch logos or product images.

  • No self-referrals. Don’t use your link to sign up yourself or any business you own or control, including your own agency’s ad accounts. Referrals count when a new customer holds their own Birch subscription.

Competing products: While you’re in the programme, and for 6 months after you leave, please don’t promote products that compete directly with Birch. If a rule is broken, we may suspend the account and cancel unpaid commission. A second violation means removal from the programme.
