Getting started with Bïrch

Learn how to connect your accounts, navigate the platform, and get the most value from Bïrch

Bïrch helps advertisers automate campaign management, launch campaigns faster, analyze performance, and improve tracking across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. This article walks you through everything from signing up to running your first automation - and explains what each part of the product is for so you can get to value fast.

Set up your account

1. Sign up 

Go to the sign-up page and create an account with your email. No credit card is required. You get a full 14-day free trial with access to all features.

2. Connect ad and social accounts

Go to Settings → Platforms and connect the platforms you advertise on: Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. You can also connect Slack, Google Analytics, and attribution tools like AppsFlyer and Hyros here:

Once connected, each ad account needs to be assigned to a Workspace to become active. Accounts connected during signup are assigned to your Default Workspace automatically.


⚠️ Only ad accounts assigned to a Workspace are considered connected and counted toward billing. Unlinking it disconnects it from Bïrch - rules turn to drafts and reports, custom metrics, and launching templates are permanently deleted.

Choose where to start

Not sure which area to try first? Here's a simple guide based on what you're trying to do:

  • Understand your performance and find opportunities → Open Bïrch AI and ask questions about your account, or use Explorer to identify trends, top performers, and underperforming ads.

  • Automate campaign management → Go to Performance and create your first automated rule to pause poor performers, scale winners, monitor spend, or receive alerts.

  • Launch campaigns in bulk → Start with Stage, connect your Google Drive and Google Sheets, and build campaigns at scale using templates and spreadsheets.

  • Test more creatives with less effort → Use Launcher to generate multiple ad variations and creative combinations for Meta Ads.

  • Improve attribution and tracking → Set up Hub. The free Signals Gateway tier includes up to 10,000 events per month.

  • Get regular performance updates → Create a scheduled report in Reports and deliver it to Slack or email.
