This error means that permissions are missing for the profile used for the ad account/page connection.
Please check in Meta Business settings if your profile linked to Bïrch still has full admin rights to:
1. Ad account used in the rule
2. Instagram account/Meta page used in the rule
For example, the screenshot below shows that Alla has admin rights to the Bïrch Facebook ad account (in your case, your profile should have admin toggles on for all the Facebook ad accounts you need to use here).
It might be a good idea to toggle the Manage option off and back on as well:
In our settings, you can check whether the ad account and page used in the Bïrch feature that generates this error are connected to the same profile.
Navigate to the integrations page and click the small arrow next to the profile icon. You'll see a list of profiles with full access to the asset. Choose the one with full access to both the ad account and the page, and ensure both are linked to the same profile.
Once both assets are connected via the same profile in Bïrch, we suggest reconnecting the Meta profile to Bïrch using the reauthentication link/s. Please note that you need to be logged in to Meta under the linked profile for reconnection to work.
